14 November 2014 Delay to anticipated completion dates
Unfortunately there has been an additional unexpected delay on site which will mean that all properties at the development will not be completed until later than we had anticipated. This delay has been caused by problems with the utility companies providing services to the development.

19/5/2014 Annabel Goldie visits Southbank
West of Scotland Conservative regional MSP, Annabel Goldie visited the Southbank site to see the works progressing. Annabel said:
“I was delighted to able to visit Trust Housing’s exciting new development at Southbank in Kirkintilloch and meet Chief Executive Bob McDougall. The development is very impressive and the setting very attractive, located next to the canal. This affordable housing is available for working households with low to modest incomes, it provides affordable quality housing for rent which is needed in the area. I was most impressed with the development and I wish Trust Housing every success with the venture.”
16/5/2014 Kitchen Styles
This is an indication of the design of the kitchens at Southbank. Design and layout will vary among the properties. The kitchens will come complete with hob and oven, and washer/dryer. Tenants will provide their own fridge/freezer - a section of kitchen worktop is removable so you can opt for an under-counter type or a tall standing fridge/freezer.
